Questcare Pediatric Hospitalists began providing pediatric inpatient medical services in 2007. Our physician team is comprised of Board-Certified Pediatricians.


Ob-Gyn Hospitalist Services
Questcare Ob-Gyn Hospitalists began providing inpatient-medical services in March, 2008. Our physician team is comprised of Board-Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologists.

Questcare Ob-Gyn Hospitalists offer:

• 24/7 in-house board-certified Ob-Gyn coverage.
  
• Complete management of all unassigned and walk-in patients who present to the L&D and ED.
  
• Immediate availability to handle emergent situations for all patients.
  
• Availability to assist Ob-Gyn staff with acute management of private patients.

Internal Medicine Hospitalists Services

• Questcare Hospitalists began providing inpatient-medical services on August 1, 2006.
• Our physician team is comprised of Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physicians. Patients are assigned to one attending hospitalist throughout their stay to ensure continuity of care.
• A designated case manager assists daily to ensure appropriate service utilization and to coordinate discharge planning.

Critical Care Intensivist Services
Questcare Intensivists began providing critical care services in February of 2010 at Medical Center of Plano. The program in its inception is designed to complement the Internal Medicine Hospitalist team by following the Hospitalists patients admitted to the ICU. As our Intensivists team grows, the Intensivists will offer ICU care services to the general medical staff of Medical Center of Plano. The Intensivists team works toward the best outcome possible for seriously ill patients. The Intensivists have participated in the coordination of the administrative environment of the ICU by setting policies, developing protocols, and facilitating communication among primary care physicians, specialists, patients, and their families.
