Internal Medicine Hospitalists Services
Questcare Hospitalists began providing inpatient medical services in September 2006. Patients are assigned to one attending hospitalist throughout their stay to ensure continuity of care no “care-shifts”. A designated case manager/social worker is available to ensure appropriate service utilization and to coordinate discharge planning.
