Internal Medicine Hospitalists Services
Questcare Hospitalists began providing inpatient medical services in September 2006. Patients are assigned to one attending hospitalist throughout their stay to ensure continuity of care – no “care-shifts”. A designated case manager/social worker is available to ensure appropriate service utilization and to coordinate discharge planning.
